Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original EZVALO packaging, ensuring all accessories, charging cables, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
